When should my event request be submitted by?

For events with 60 guests or less, inquiries must be submitted no later than 2 weeks before the event date.

For larger events with more than 60 people attending or more intricate events with custom needs, inquires must be submitted no later than 4-6 weeks before the event date to ensure we are able to offer a truly memorable experience. Please note: Submitting an inquiry does not mean the event is booked. Events are not booked until the rental deposit is received.

Is the event scheduled once I submit the inquiry form?

No. Submitting an inquiry does not mean the event is booked. Your event date is not reserved until our team confirms your date is available and venue fees have been paid.

How much is the event rental fee?

A non-refundable venue fee is required to reserve a party or event at Old City Hall Brewery. The amount and terms of the fee depends on the size and intricacy of the event, as well as the event space(s) you are renting. The fee is required to be paid to reserve your event date.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. If something should arise and you are no longer able to host your party or event at Old City Hall, you may cancel 72 hours in advance.

Please note: All venue fees and custom accommodations are nonrefundable.

What is the custom accommodations policy?

All custom accommodations are nonrefundable. The terms, pricing, deposits, and due dates are outlined in your quote.

Can I bring in my own food and drinks?

All food and beverages must be purchased through Old City Hall Brewery. Food and beverage fees must be paid in advance at least 48 hours before the event date.

Do you charge gratuity on events?

An automatic 20% gratuity is added to food and beverage bills. This helps us retain amazing employees!

What can I bring to the event? (decorations, gifts, etc.)

Outside items must be contained to your reserved area and must not block walkways and exits. Old City Hall Brewery reserves the right to remove any item if we feel it is dangerous or interferes with our business.

Can I play my own music? (noise makers, radios, speakers, etc.)

Noise makers, radios, speakers, etc. are not permitted in certain rental areas as a courtesy to other restaurant patrons. If you are renting the private Underground Hangout room, these items are allowed if noise and music is kept to a minimum. Old City Hall Brewery reserves the right to remove any item if we feel it is dangerous or interferes with our business.
